Vendor Information

Below you will find our Event Vendor registration form for each event of our three 2024 car shows.  Many of our vendors do tend to be automotive related, but this is not a requirement to be a vendor at our shows. We accept vendors of most types and we have a strong history and focus of supporting local businesses.

Vending Information

Each vendor space ranges from 10' x 10' to 10'x50' and does not include access to electricity, tables, or chairs. To register, simply fill out the form below and we will invoice you and answer any questions that you may have.

Food Vendors - BOOKED FOR 2024

We have finalized contracts with all of our food vendors for our 2024 events, and we will not be taking any more applications.

Setup and Breakdown

Setup is open Noon-3:00 PM the day before the event or 3 hours prior to each published event start.  Our Summer Sizzler is the only exception to this as we do not have a set up option the day prior due to Saturday night racing at the track, so setup will be 7:00-9:00 AM only on Sunday. 

 

We require all vendors to be in their space and set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the event opening. Late vendors are at risk of not being able to enter the show.  Booth breakdown follows the conclusion of our trophy ceremony or the scheduled conclusion time of the event. Vendors must remain setup throughout the published time of each event.
