Vendor Booth Signups for 2021 NH Muscle Cars Events
Vendor booth space will be available at all NH Muscle Cars events in 2021. Please see our calendar of events located here to determine which event(s) that you are interested in displaying. We will make vendor spaces available in 10'x10' increments to support smaller and larger vendor requirements. Each 10'x10' vendor space registration includes entrance for 2 participants. Setup/breakdown times and booth location obviously changes from show-to-show. We will provide you with operational details prior to each show. Using the form below, provide us your information, booth space requirements, and which shows that you are interested in displaying, and we will contact you with more details.
Food Vendors: Most of our shows will have food available from the venue and we will not be open to vendors. The exception to this is our Deerfield show. If your are interested in being a food vendor at Deerfield, please contact us here.
Vendor space pricing is $50 for the first 10'x10' space and then $40 for each additional 10'x10' space as follows:
10'x10' = $50
10'x20' = $90
10x30' = $130
10'x40' = $170
10'x50' = $200 (by five get one free)
Swap Meet at "The Granite State Season Opener at Deerfield Fairgrounds"
Back again in 2021 is our Swap Meet at Deerfield Fairgrounds. Swap Meet vendor space is $35 for each 10' x 40' space. This year, the Swap Meet will be integrated into the car show area, more central to the overall show. Submit the form below and we will contact you with logistical details prior to the show.
As a general rule, expect that electricity will not available, but portable generators are typically allowed. Setup/breakdown times change from show-to-show and we will contact you prior to the event(s) you have chosen with more details including whether booths will be located on grass or blacktop.
Layout changes from venue to venue and we will provide you with your location prior to each show.
